Delivery of your gift is as IMPORTANT to US as it is to YOU!

Lollylicious offer a fast, safe and reliable delivery service using tried and trusted local courier services.

Your gift will arrive professionally packaged & boxed with love and care. On extremely warm days we will even include a food safe, non-toxic ice-pack to keep it cool while in transit. Ice-packs are also available for purchase if you would like to add one to your order. 

And because we always go the extra mile, you will also receive an email notification when the gift is on it's way. We know what matters when it comes to gifting!

We no longer offer a SAME DAY delivery service.

We offer a fast, reliable delivery service to the following locations- 

Sydney Metro, Greater Sydney, Sydney CBD, Central Coast & Blue Mountains: Next Business Day delivery. 

Regional Central Coast, Wollongong, Regional Wollongong, Country NSW, Newcastle, Outer Newcastle, South Coast, Southern Highlands & ACT Suburbs: Delivery time-frame is 1-3 business days.

Delivery takes place during standard business hours Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm for a business address and 8am - 7pm for residential/Hospitals.

VIC – Delivery time frame is 2 (Metro) - 5 (Regional) business days.

QLD – Delivery time frame is 2 (Metro - 6 (Regional) business days. 

We do not deliver to SA, WA, TAS or NT.

Interstate delivery time-frames cannot be guaranteed, nor can exact delivery dates be guaranteed. Lollylicious will not refund or replace your order due to delivery delays. We always attempt to exceed customer expectations. We endeavour to have your ordered delivered as close to your preferred date as possible however on occasion your order may arrive earlier then expected and on rare occasions due to factors outside our control delivery delays may occur. These delays rarely occur as we use a reliable independent courier company however please remember they are also human and sometimes delays happen. We appreciate your understanding should this occur. 

We do not deliver to P.O.Boxes, Police Stations, Airports and Government Bases.

If your delivery address is a School/TAFE/University please note our couriers can not guarantee that your order will arrive before the School office closes at 3pm. If the School/TAFE/University is closed when delivery is attempted the courier will re deliver on the following day.

ORDER CUT OFF TIMES

In order for your gift to be delivered on the next business day and beyond orders must be placed by 10am. Any orders placed after 10am on weekdays will be processed and dispatched the following business day for delivery the day after or beyond. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday and beyond. 


AUTHORITY TO LEAVE/INCORRECT ADDRESS 

We require you to provide your 'Authority to Leave' so the gift can be left at the intended premises (if unattended) to avoid a re-delivery charge of $15.00. 

Lollylicious safely transport and present your bouquet boxed, carefully packaged and in extreme conditions with a food safe, non-toxic ice-pack (exclusions apply – please read The terms and conditionsto keep it cool whilst in transit.

While Lollylicious cannot control environmental factors relating to heat and/or extreme temperatures, this non-toxic ice-pack proves to assist in maintaining a reasonable temperature for the short period your gift is in transit. In warmer conditions we also take additional measures with packaging to ensure the coolest transit possible. Additional Ice Packs are available to purchase with your bouquet.

If you have provided an incorrect delivery address/name or incomplete address please contact our customer service team on 1300 664 661 or orders@lollylicious.com.au as soon as possible so we can update your shipping information. If the order is already in transit we may not be able to change the delivery address therefore will have to arrange redelivery of the order. This will incur a redelivery fee of $15. Lollylicious will not take responsibility for incorrect delivery details being supplied. It is the customer’s responsibility to double check house/unit number, street, suburb, name of recipient/business/hospital etc before placing the order. 

 

DELIVERY OF GIFTS WITH ALCOHOL 

Please note: Under NO circumstance will we leave any of our products that contain alcohol unattended at a premises or with a recipient under the age of 18.

We recommend you use a business address if there is a chance the recipient is not likely to be home. Lollylicious requests that the recipient be available to receive their gift on the day of delivery. Lollylicious will not refund your order if the recipient is not home and your gift can not be left.

See our terms and conditions for full details. Products containing alcohol must be able to be accepted by a person over the age of 18 years at the time of delivery otherwise a re-delivery fee of $15 will occur. Proof of age will need to be provided to the delivery driver prior to the gift being left.
