Hi Mel, your order was delivered 1 business day late due to courier van breakdown. We offered to send you a replacement bouquet free of charge upon proof of melted goods however we never heard back from you. Thanks

False advertisement

The customer service and communication was fantastic, and i thank you for that!
Although i was quite disappointed with the overall display of my delivery. I ordered a red and silver Chocstaralicious bouquet. I also ordered a silver "21" and a bundle of butteries on sticks to complete the look as advertised. On your website all sticks with ages were silver, which was perfect.. i received a blue "21" which did not match at all and ultimately ruined what i thought would look amazing with all matching colours. Then again, i ordered a bundle of multi-coloured butterflies, as advertised.. and i received one red butterfly. For me, i was completely frustrated as i had a vision of what my friend would receive on her 21st birthday and that was not a reality.

Hi Nikya, As stated on our Butterfly Picks product page 'Add A Butterfly Pick to your Bouquet, colour matched to suit' It doesn't say add a bunch of butterflies. The image pictured is to show a selection of colours available. As for the number pic we were only able to source a Blue number 21 at the time of your order and again this is stipulated on our product page 'Lollylicious.com.au reserves the right to substitute products, ingredients and/or paper/box/tin colours when products or exact colours may not be available.
