Anniversary gift

My partner loved his gift, I would have liked it delivered early in the day but he said “ it was more of a surprise receiving it later in day”.

Not worth it

Arrived two days later, melted and not worth the price

Hi Nathan, You placed your order after our same day order cut off time of 9.30am so the order could not be delivered on the same day. Your order was boxed and packaged with an ice pack on dispatch and if you had any concerns about product quality on receipt of the order we would have happily refunded or replaced the bouquet upon proof of damage. Thanks
