Love the bouquet but not so much the single rose

Wonderful service and the chocolate bouquet arrived well packaged and even had cooling pads. My daughter loved it but I do regret adding in the single Rose for $10 - it was a lot of money for a hollow rose in a chocolate that wasn’t great. In future I would stick to the branded chocolates I trust.

My offer arrived 2 days late and was the wrong colour. It was still nice just disappointed it arrived late

<p>Hi Jane, You ordered a silver Winealicious which has silver box and papers which is what was sent. We are not sure what you meant by you received the wrong colour? The image displayed on the website of the silver bouquet has the Sav Blanc wine in it so that's why the top of the bottle is blue along with the matching ribbon. The wine you ordered was Shiraz which has a dark bottle and purple lid in which we would usually place a matching purple ribbon to go along with the wine. Also with your delivery date our website states that delivery to Melbourne CBD can take 1-3 business days but further out of the CBD can take 3-5 business days. We believe your order to Mildura VIC was delivered within the 3-5 business days from the date of your order on 17th. Your preferred delivery date was 21st October and your order arrived on 22nd October. 1 day later then your preferred date not 2. Our website also states that interstate order specific delivery dates can not be guaranteed. Please advise if there were any other problems with your order. We appreciate your feedback.</p>
